Misye Nan Mitan II

Misye Nan Mitan II displays the same etching qualities as Misye Nan Mitan I. By collaborating with a friend, Jayden Kong, we allowed ourselves complete creative freedom to create a more rebellious, expressive representation of the first edition. The use of acrylic markers, and brush pens accentuates this artwork’s aggressive feel as it was made in a period where I started to drive away my parents. This follows the storyline as I start to follow into the theme of the first artwork “Les Sirenes.”
